We're excited to bring back Kayaking options this year!
There's two options for your Kayaking enjoyment! Take yourself on a flat water ride or go with a guide along the whitewater on the Sevier River!
Up to 4 people per group for flat water or Whitewater rafting!
After a few years hiatus we're excited to be bringing back Kayaking for the 2021 Season! With two options to choose from you're sure to find something to fit your needs.
GUIDED WHITEWATER KAYAKING TRIP:
Our guided whitewater kayaking trip with Class II and III rapids is guaranteed to give you a thrill while getting you thoroughly wet! Your 10-mile trip down the Sevier River will be packed with exhilarating adventure, wildlife, and great scenery. Knowledgeable professional guides will make your trip memorable.
This trip is for experienced kayakers only. You will be navigating your own kayak through the rapids under the expert supervision of our guides. Proficiency and experience in handling a kayak in whitewater is required.
A short trip means you will have time to explore Bullion Falls, Bullion canyon of Gold, Fremont Indian State Park, or other scenic venues in the area. Have a great lunch in one of the area restaurants and take in the scenic mountain views!
FLAT WATER KAYAKING:
This easy-going, unguided flat water kayak trip down the beautiful Sevier River is perfect for the family and novice kayakers. You and your group will be dropped off at the river and picked up well before the rapids begin. Make your way down the river while enjoying the wildlife and great scenery.

The Sevier River is a great choice for families. Children as young as 8 years old are invited to come along if they're able to handle their own kayak. The water is appropriate for the young to young-at-heart!
Guided Whitewater Kayaking
Flat Water Kayaking
Bathing suits, hats, sunscreen, shoes you don't mind getting wet.
Dry clothes, wool or fleece shirt, and a windbreaker for cool days.
Bring a signed copy of the Acknowledgement of Risk for each river runner.
Bring a great attitude and an expectation of fun!
We suggest that you avoid wearing a cotton t-shirts except on very hot days..."cotton keeps you cold," instead wear a synthetic fabric shirt. We recommend you wear shoes that can get wet - flip flops are prone to float away and don't offer any foot protection in the river.
We strongly encourage all customers to wear masks throughout their visit to Always Rafting & Kayaking for theirs and everyone else's protection. All our guides will also be wearing masks for your protection.
