Outdoor activities involve inherent risks.  As a participant, you must acknowledge and take responsibility for these risks.  All participants are required to sign a participation agreement.  Always Rafting & Kayaking assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items, injury, illness, or for expenses related to these accidents.
